a sourdough croûte and Comté cheese - Breadcrumbed Calamari – Sautéed in garlic, lemon and parsley
with tartare sauce - Warm Roquefort Salad (V) – Endive and walnut salad with croutons
and a warm Roquefort cheese dressing - Pork Rillettes – Hand-shredded pork rillettes seasoned with brandy, wholegrain mustard and thyme. Served with sourdough toasts and cornichons
